- All Hirers must be over the age of 25 years, proof may be required in the event of doubt.
- In addition to the above, there is a surcharge of £50 if the hall is used for personal gain. Other than for a public cause such as a Registered Charity.
- Affiliated organisations are represented on the Management Committee. They enjoy preferential rates because of their participation in fund-raising activities.
- A non-returnable £15 deposit must accompany Saturday evening bookings.
- Hire charges for regular bookings must be not more than three months in arrears.
- Other Users must pay the full hire charge when booking. In the event of cancellation a maximum of £125 will be retained.
FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY BOOKINGS £150 DAMAGE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE BOOKING
This damage deposit will be deposited in the Bank at the time of booking and returned on completion of the hire, provided that the Hall is left in an acceptable condition.
