The Halstead Open Golf Tournament for 2010 will take place at Broke Hill Golf Club on Friday, July 2nd.

The captain for 2010 will be Steve Eales and the Vice-Captain Dan Lynch.

You may have already received a letter from Steve inviting you to take part, together with a sponsorship form for the Race Night.  If you haven’t received a letter, and wish to take part on July 2nd, please contact Steve as soon as possible

To cover the cost of the day’s golf, there will be 2 fundraising events :

1. The Race Night will take place on Thursday, February 11th at Halstead Village Hall, starting at 7.30 p.m., entry £6.  There will be 10 races in the evening, and there will be an opportunity to sponsor individual horses or even whole races.  I you would like to sponsor a horse or a race, please contact Steve or Dan ;
2. On Thursday April 8th there will also be a Quiz Night in the Village Hall, again starting at 7.30 p.m.  Teams of 6 at £6 per person.  If you would like to enter a team, or make a contribution of a raffle prize, please contact Steve or Dan.

A bar and food will be provided at both events.
